Financial Assistance

Ministry of Education (MOE) provides financial assistance to needy Singaporean students in Government, Government-aided schools and Institutes of Higher Learning so that they can benefit from the best opportunities in education, regardless of their financial background.

Parents may apply for MOE FAS using the following methods:

1. e-FAS form available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) via Singpass login.

2. QR code https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas

The DigitalAccess@Home scheme provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower income families. Parents can apply online at www.digitalaccess.gov.sg
